Ketera Support Services Professionals are available to provide assistance to Ketera Program Administrators during operating hours. If you are an end–user who is having problems logging in, or if you have a question, please contact your Ketera Program Administrator.

The Ketera Customer Center provides Ketera Program Administrators with a secure internet destination that delivers up–to–date information about your cases. It is your online resource for interacting with Ketera Support Services.
