I am incredibly proud of our growing customer base, spanning multiple industries and geographies and ranging in size from mid-to-large enterprises. Ketera's strong performance this past year provides further evidence of the growing importance of spend management as a business discipline and an increasing preference for the on demand solution delivery model. We had a very successful Q4 and I would like to share some of our success and updates with you.

As of fall 2005, Ketera has enabled more than 80 clients with our spend management and procurement initiatives and has processed more than $4 trillion through our solutions. We have expanded globally, adding an EMEA headquarters in order to offer sales, support to a growing number of international customers.

We are listening to our customers needs and have exciting development plans for 2006 to provide unprecedented leadership in our products and services.

Our 2005 accomplishments are only the beginning, we look forward to a very productive and prosperous 2006.

New Ketera customer ServiceMaster, provider of outsourcing services for millions of residential and commercial customers in the U.S., has been recognized by AberdeenGroup as being one of ten companies for Aberdeen's Best Practices in E-Procurement Report!

ServiceMaster has deployed Ketera's on demand procurement solution for all direct and indirect material spend, thus streamlining its entire purchasing process, making it easier for employees to obtain the materials they need while reducing costs from off-contract purchases. ServiceMaster achieved cost savings of at least 3% for all spend that goes through Ketera's on demand procurement solution. Additional savings of 7% to 20% were achieved through increased spending leverage and sourcing activity, an amazing amount in less than a year!
