Ketera and Infosys BPO Form Strategic Procurement Outsourcing Alliance

Bangalore, India, Fremont, Calif., and Santa Clara, Calif., October 17, 2006 – Ketera, the leading provider of On Demand Spend Management solutions, and Infosys BPO, the business process outsourcing subsidiary of Infosys Technologies (NASDAQ:INFY), today announced a strategic alliance designed to help enterprise customers transform their procure–to–pay business processes with outsourced solutions and services. Together, Ketera and Infosys BPO can offer customers worldwide a transformational solution that reduces procurement costs, improves spend compliance, and ultimately increases spend under management.

Infosys BPO will leverage Ketera′s on demand spend management solutions to deliver procure–to–pay outsourcing services with scalable, easy–to–use and fast time–to–value benefits.
