Ketera surpasses $17 trillion in spend analyzed and more than $3 billion in transactions processed between buyers and suppliers
San Jose, Calif. - October 23, 2008 - Ketera, the leading provider of On Demand Spend Management solutions, announced today several additions to the management team that will help fuel Ketera's growth and the advancement of its innovative spend management solutions. Ryan Ashburn joins Ketera as Vice President of Sales, Mike Gardner will lead development as Vice President of Products, and Leslie Cedar returns to the company as Vice President of Business Development.

Today's announcement is another milestone toward delivering on the Ketera vision. Vice President of Sales Ryan Ashburn comes to Ketera after a 13 year tenure at ADP where he expanded the team and implemented new organizational and sales processes while helping to achieve strong growth in ADP's enterprise client base. Ashburn will build out the Ketera sales team and develop new processes, metrics and strategies to support Ketera's growth plans.
Vice President of Products Mike Gardner joins the team from LiveOps where he was Vice President of Engineering. Gardner also spent time as Director of Development for eBay, and was responsible for various parts of the eBay solution related to catalogs and search. Vice President of Business Development Leslie Cedar returns to the company from a prior five-year position in Direct Sales during which time she worked to successfully develop a significant portion of the Ketera client base. Prior to Ketera, she worked for ICG Commerce as a Business Development Director, supporting sales and client delivery.
